Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Any issues with postal services must be dealt directly with the shipping carrier. Rachel Rozario is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave our studio in Luxembourg.

Domestic shipping

We offer free shipping for orders within Europe. If you would like to reduce packaging waste, feel free to reach out to us for a pick up.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries that UPS, DHL and FedEx ships to which we find to be fairly safe, quick and accurate.

Please be aware that NOT ALL packages shipped internationally will make it through customs without a tariff. Therefore we want to clearly communicate that to you, the buyer is responsible for ALL DUTIES, TAXES, and FEES at the time of import.

At this time, we are unable to provide real time carrier calculated shipping. Due to the variable cost of international shipping, the shipping fee quoted is likely to be higher than the actual shipping cost. After processing your order, we will refund you the overage cost (if any). If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted we reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale. The further you are from our location (Luxembourg), the more your shipping will cost.

Refund policy

Due to the exclusive nature and high demand, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges.

Please check your chosen product, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed.
